where do you put this update after extracting it ? ,

tried multiple places , and wen starting a new game its not prompting me with it ? ,

help please ,

From what I could glean from this site (it's for an older version, but I suppose they would keep their modus operandi), it should be just an additional database. Which means you should unpack it in your game's user data folder.
