once you have found the shortcut icon to the game itself, right click on the icon and click "run data editor"

First of all, don't title your thread just "help", try to be more descriptive as that will make people know what you're looking for and make it easier for them to help you.

Secondly, that question has been posted many, many times, and it's very easy to find the answer if you use the "search" function on the forums.

And finally, the editor's exe file is the game's folder, the folder where you installed it.
