i want to edit my game so that q.p.r area bit richer as the club has recently be taking over by flavio briatore. How can i make them have more transfer budget and wage budget? had a look on here and not found anything

Use the data editor start/all programs/sportsinteractive/fm08/dataeditor.

Or if you havnt installed the beta patch yet You could use FMM In game editor easier & quicker than using the pregame editor.
You can use to edit their transfer and wage budget to what ever you wish.
