For FM 2007 i used Genie Scout to pick my team. For FM 2008 Genie doesn't release a new version for his program as you all know.

Now, my questions for you all:

1. How much (in percent) counts every skill and condition for each position?

2. How do you pick your players?

2. How do you pick your players?

you have to discover your tactic,and buy players that suits it.

for example,dm doesnt have to have great dribling,etc,he is a destroyer in the middle of pitch,so strenght,tackling,marking,creativity maybee etc. striker offcourse most important finishing/comporsure,speed,heading etc.
wingers pace and crossing
bla bla. winger backs if you use them attacking co dribling etc if you want to have roberto carlos 2.if you want a solid defender as a wingerback then tackilng,marking,positioning...


everything depends from overall tactic and your vision.there is no universal players for every tactic,so you have to discover your style,and later pick players that have needed stats on proper levels,and those less needed for your tactic not necesarry.
