im kinda wondering if anyone knows if you can get to play one of those "unplayable" baad nations as east timor, guam, montserrat etc etc by fiddling with some db editor or something?!

i know u can get one nation by loading players and blabla when u create a game but i want more nations than that

Yes that's the hint, load all players. A nation is only playable if there are sufficient players from that nation in the DB.
If there aren't sufficient players, you can do one of two things:
a) set your nationality as the same as the country you want to manage, load all players from that country & wait till regens appear and fill the necessary slots;
b) make up some players using the editor so a nation has a sufficient amount of players, the load all players from that country.
