I create a team with and a new stadium. I set the team to National B in the greek league correctly. Change that team with an another who was already in the league. ok for now...
Later i remove some players from their clubs and change them to be in my club.
After that i try to change in the Finances section the Balance to 100M, Transfer Budget to 50M, Remaining Transfer Budget to 500K and Future Income to 50M.
I save the new database. I start a new game with my new database but when i take control of my newly created team, is in the correct league, with the correct players, but my Transfer Budget & Wage Budget is 0.
I try to create new databases with lower or higher budgets but it happens the same. Zero money for transfers and wages.
I need help about Budget
