I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but does anyone know what the "extinct" box means in the Stadium editor means, and what the different levels of "Decay" mean?

Decay meens the state of the stadium for eg. the highest number would meen it's rusty, falling to pieces etc. while the least amount would be as though it's just been built

Extinct means that the stadium does not exist anymore.

But on the subject of Decay, why is Wembley and all of the other top stadiums' decay rating "5"?
