Default FMM 2.2 Editing kits

I wonder if anyone else has had problems when editing kits with the latest FMM editor.

I've changed Arsenal's away kit back to the traditional yellow and blue and this is reflected on the information page and on the pre-match screen . But when you get to the field of play they're in the unedited colours.

It's strange because I've tinkered with the home strip too and that has been updated on the pitch.

If you close FMM and load it back up, is the away kit still edited, or is it back to the way it was?

Hi Dietspam,

When I reload FMM it's still in the edited colours, suggesting it has been amended successfully. It's really strange that it only seems to affect the 2nd choice kit. I'd like to check the 3rd strip but, 18 months on, we've not used it once.

Does seem to be a bit random, changed my Arsenal home kit twice and it worked. I'm going to fiddle around with the kits this weekend and report back.

That sounds great, report as soon as you can.

I can tell that the whole function with editing the kits in the FMM is dead. It doesnt work att all. BAD.

The problem is that the match engine fails to pick up any significant changes to kits. You can tinker with the trims and it will spot them and use them in the match, but complete changes of colour are ignored. A small problem, but I do like to make things realistic by changing kit design once in a while.

Besides I prefer my teams to play in yellow and blue away from home. Just like the old days.

Anyway, I tried loads of different things last weekend and still Arsenal's away kit won't work.

On a similar subject. Has anyone's team ever played in their 3 choice kit. 2 seasons in and we've yet to use the red and blue number.

Ok and thanks for reporting.

I find this problem pretty disturbing too. Some teams doesnt even have their original colors in the game, as they should have.

My thought was that one of the best parts with FMM was to change the colors as i wanted to but from now on its impossible.

If the owner of FMM could fix the problem it would be great.
