I'm wondering if it's possible to add an extra level into the English leagues for example going lower then the conference north or south and making the isthiman premier and southern leagues etc... playable?

If so how do i go about this?

Currently it's not possible as league structures are hard-coded into the game.

Is it possible some of the playable leagues with the lower English leagues that are unplayable?

I'm guessing it is, though i expect the hard coded issues of prize money and all that will cause trouble.
