I like the other one better. The 'Old English' font is hard to read. I'd probably change the colour too.

I like the idea of having the 'X' emphasized. It works well with the word connections.

BTW. It would have been easier to discuss this if you had posted the new message as a reply instead of a new thread.

I too preferred the other version, I think. Now I'm not a particularly skilled logo creator so this is just a reactive response rather than a skilled analysis. I didn't make the connection right off with the play on words, connexion. I wondered if a solid black x, part of the word connexion but without the white stroke (keeping the white stroke on the rest of the text) would help make visual sense for visual dummies like me. I kept seeing Connie Ions X. [saywhat] [bustagut] [confused]
