You can create female staff, but not female playing staff.

Well, to make a female player, you first have to find a willing female, impregnate her, wait 9 month, hope its female, then spend the next 18 years of your life dedicated to training her so she can go play second rate football infront of 3 lesbians and a pervert. And then wonder why you wasted your life.
On a serious note... you cant.

It would be cool to have the womans league.
it needs more promotion.
Hah if you had a gay league it could use some ho-motion.
Seriously though, you can't make female footballers, just non-playing staff.

I created a female physio, but couldn't create a female chairman/director/etc. Why not? There are female directors in the game db already so why can't I create a new one?
