Decided to stay with 07 till Si sorted out 08.
Is there anyway to be able to get a feeder club anytime. At the moment you're allowed 1 every six months is there a way to edit the DB to be able to get one whenever nessesary?

I doubt it, its a very obscure thing that you want to edit.

I usually do a little cheat to get the feeder I want though, so I will share it because I have nothing better to do.

Normally the feeders yu get obbey certain rules; for example, if you're managing Porto, have a club rep of 8000 and have no feeder you will first be offered clubs between 4000 and 5000 club rep and from the central european countries.
Since I know that after I ask the board for a feeder they take about 15 days to fulfill the request, I save the game on the 8th/9th day and continue till I get the list. I take note of the day it happened and, if I think there's a better club from the "possible" set of clubs that has not been offered, I reload the game and run it again till that day (and normally save it in the day before the feeders are shown just to gain time if I have to reload the game again).

I cheat on this because I find it idiotic I cannot choose whatever club I want.

Pretty much dependes on what you want, doesn't it?

If you want a club to send players on loan to, clubs with top training facilities are a must;
For clubs to get young players from (usually from developing/third world nations) it's best to go with clubs with the best possible youth facilities and an academy.

I think that will be great if will be implemented that when you ask for a new feeder club they will ask you where do you want it, like south america,est europe or, for example, a lower division in your country...I play with my Italian Seria A team but now I need a feeder club from an Italian lower division (Like serie C2)and I can't get it because they propose me club from all over the world or because I have an high reputation.
