Just the weirdest thing, and it makes me go ¤%#%#"%¤#"=%!
Ive created my own team and put it in the lowest league in England. When i start a new game England as a nation has vanished. I changed it so that the team would play in Sweden instead, start a new game; now Sweden has vanished and England is back!!! WTF is this?

They disapear because the wrong amount of teams are present in each division.

In the editor, just use 'swap' in a league. Don't actually go to the team and add a league in ther 'profile', this doesn't work. (I wonder why it doesn't work for leagues you can't manage..)

Actually, the method you mentioned does work, just as long as you go to another team and remove the division from their profile.

Keeping the amount of teams correct for each division is the key.
