Default Biggest traitors?

Who's been your biggest traitor? The player who one day kisses the club badge and then the next day signs for the "other side"? In Everton's case we've had 3.

Shrek = Manure
McMahon = liverpooh
Johnston = liverpooh

I know sol cambell goin to arsenal was a biggie. Anymore?

Default Re: Biggest traitors?

Barmby, Jeffers and Rooney.

Barmby first of all, because he was playing the best football of his career at the point he decided to go to Liverpool. What a great move that was! Two seasons of bit-part underperforming for 'pool, before a blighted move to Leeds, and now he's been plying his trade in League 1 and the championship. Serves him right - fool!

Jeffers second for being such a big head and thinking he had 'made it' when he moved to Arsenal. The fact that his career stalled after leaving Everton and has failed to restart ever since is evidence that the grass is not always greener on the other side, and is justice for a player who seemed to think he had a divine right to be a success.

Rooney actually falls in last place as far as I'm concerned. Alright, theres the whole shirt kissing thing, but at the end of the day he left for footballing reasons and eventually signed for Utd on the same money we were willing to pay him. Arrogant cock though...

Mo Johnson Celtic player who moved then came out saying he was signing with Celtic again and joined Rangers.

Luis Figo moved from Barcelona to Real Madrid on a free which really pissed off the Barca fans.
