Get a hex editor and open up a FM save game and figure it out yourself. There aren't many people who have figured it out for FM08 and you need to be a leet haxor to figure it out. Those who have figured it out, such as Genie, are not going to tell you.

| I know the people that have figured it out have spent alot of time doing so but why wouldnt they tell others? its not as if they are competing with others.
I opened a saved game in a hex editor but it means nothing to me, didnt do much hex at uni

Well some people that find it might tell you and in that thread I linked you to they are telling people what they find but the people who have figured it out properly so far like Genie aren't telling because they probably dont want competition.
