IF one scans a 120 negative @ 800 dpi --- 10 in X 10 in, 16 bit ( Dimage Multi-Pro ) or scans the same neg @ 3600 dpi at the default of 23 in. X 23 in. > and converts to a 10 X in PS ..... do they gain in quality in the scan? Is the sharpness equal ??
I would think that you would gain some sharpness to your scan, but can't be sure -- have never scanned in a negative before. Which version of PS are you running? [confused]
If it's CS, you can gain good sharpness/smoothness with the type of interpolation you use in the "Image>Image Size..." menu. Try using "Bicubic (Smoother) and/or Bicubic(Sharper) to see what you get!
If you are using PS 7, you unfortunately don't get either of the Bicubic(Smoother/Sharper) options.

thanks for the info..been working on the site for many years ..never fully understood the Front Page tutorial. Some links work, others ~~well
I too use Front Page to build my sites (FP 2003 Pro to be exact) I think you have either gave the link the same name as the last picture, instead of the one it needs. Should be easy enough to fix! Just change the Hyper-link properties to reflect the correct picture! [righton]
Personally I use a pop-up window to view bigger pictures -- I use "J-Bots" to make it happen!
The URL below will take you to it! But it's an add-on for MS Frontpage.
Depending on what you want to do in your webpage, "J-Bots" can do all of the coding for you, you just fill in the blanks then hit "generate/OK" -- and you come out with a smooth flowing, interactive web-site! [righton]
