Hi sorry i did not see it. Changing name would be possible but actually i don't know how to read or decode the name in memory. I know where they are stored in player profile and where they point but i still have to work on it.

Yes google pages seem very stingy on the bandwith. I hosted all the files and images elsewhere


MiniScout check if fm.exe is running in the list process so try to change the exe to fm but i don't know if it will be compatible.

By the way, thanks Amster, loads. I was a bit dissapointed with the ability to edit, i dont personally use editors. Its the PA and sale value i use.

I think its a good addition as you need something to differentiate yourself from the encroaching giant which is Genie Scout. Im sorry to say that as soon as its out i dont think i will be using this cool tool. I know that its work in progress but a search function is a must.

By the way i know very little about how all this is done but did you have to overcome the same obstacles as Genie to create this. Genie has commented about how tough the new "structure" of the game was access, if you like.

Well actually i am not trying to compete with Genie Scout nor FMM, i am also addicted to them and they both propose more options than MiniScout will never have. It's just an alternative where i will try to condense the most useful.

Failed windowed mode? Your display may not be able to support it.

You could still try to follow the sequence i posted earlier. Roberto Baggio suggested it for MiniScout 1.1 and it worked for me.

Im juat a fellow FMer and no expert, perhaps Amster could assist. I got some advice and i thought it may help others.
