| Just changing CA has no influence, you have to change the attributes too. I remember changing CA of my staffs with FMM and month after they still had the same attributes.

in fmm changing the ca of a player is enough, however it takes some time for the improvements to show in the game, sometimes a few weeks or even a month.
Sometimes however it did not seem to work and this was when i changed a players ca and pa at the same time. After that i always first change the pa then save or even play a few days, the change the ca.
I dont know if this is really true, or just bs but never had any probs when doing it like this in FMM.
With non playing staff however changing the attributes is also needed.
I have not yet tried to edit in miniscout so dont know if it works or not.

Yes, i run Vista in XP comp mode, so i am guessing this is why MiniScout needs to be ran in similar fashion

What would be really great is if you could change the squad status of a player, i.e. 'indispensible' etc... I wonder if this is easy to do...

I'm having a problem, I've read through this thread and cannot see an answer, any help would be apreciated, cheers.
I've downloaded from the rapidshare link and placed on my desktop and read the read-me file. When I double click the Miniscout icon it gives me an error.
.NET Framework Initialisation Error
To Run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v2.0.50727 Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NEt Framework
That is double dutch to me, I am running XP anyone help?.
