When I seem to use the editor, I try put the balance up to something like 4 bil and the transfer budget to 1 bil and I am with man utd and I only received 38.5m and thats to win the prem with? Anyone know why this is happening?

Just use FMM to set the finances.

And the limit is about 2 billion.
