This is just a basic update from last nights 8.0.1 release, my main emphasis was on young prospects that had not been touched...in particular some of the World Cup U17 players like Saddick Adams and Macauley Christanus, both of which hadn't been transfered to their new clubs.

Other players slightly tweaked, Cesar Delgado, Luis Suarez.....I have also removed Steve McClown and Terry Venables, added in Steve Bruce etc...

If people would like me to continue and give me other suggestions I will do so....

steven naismith is everely underrated. along with goodwillie of dundee united, barry robson, also of dundee united. i will think of others.

I normally put Bale's PA up to about 180, as it's been lowered since FM2007. Not sure why - he's turned out to be better this season for Spurs then I thought he'd be!

agree about bale. think walcott should be a -10 and i'm not an arsenal fan.

walcott -8 tops, no way a -10. You should leave the stats the way they are, they have been scouted fairly by unbiased people. Certain people think certain players are better than they are because they are clouded by their own judgement for the player, gareth bale 180?? he's not even going to be as good as Baines or Shorey so why 180?

I wouldve thought the only players ability to change would be newly created players.

besides giving peopl ehigher abilitys may not be a true reflection of the player, if you wan tto improve him, look at determintaion, tecnique, consistency, work rate etc. in many many cases players with 140-150 ability are better than 190-200 ability players because their mental stats are better and certain stats more appropriat eto the position they play.

For instance, I have a striker with CA 140 and PA 185 but he cant score in a brothel, not sure why, I also have another striker who has 120 CA and 148 PA and he keeps banging them in

you must be really dumb when Bale is nearly as good as them and their not much better? and can you predict that bale will be worse than them two...and no i can'y its just mine and others opinions based on what i've seen compared to that of baines, shorey or anyone else etc.
