Hi

I need help on how to create myself in the game. Do i use the editor?

Also to create myself do i need to replace/overwrite an existing player???? Or create myself from scratch???

In the editor, just click Edit > Create new player.

ok i created myself, and saved it as a new file. I opnened my savegame and searched for my self and couldnt me. What am i doing wrong or not doing?????

Do i have to somehow use the new saved database editor file or something?

Yes you need to start a new game with the saved database.

what do you do if you dont get the option of using the database you saved? It just loads the default

When starting a new game there should be a drop down menu to chose which database to use, look where it reads database: default , click the arrow then your database provided you've done it all correctly the game should run without issue

where do u exactly find this drop down menu, because im having the exact same problem with the fm 07 editor?

Open the editor and edit the stuff you want.

Save your database, in this folder:
CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\db

Then when you start a new game you will get the option to pick a database to load, like this:
