im not 100% thats actually a bug, because it showed similar things on the old scout but only with staff and they seemed legit stats to back up this abnormal PA

Also no one has read the news update on the Genie Site correctly, it says the scout will be released PRIOR to sunday 18th nov. So its just as likely to come out today as it is sunday.

I would have thought so also but in all previous versions of CM and FM scout, as soon as a patch is released the scout doesnt work with the patched version so there must be some updating needed when a patch is released. Most of the main SI patches have some data updates though.

what is the Best Rating and Best Potential Rating (%) ?

Best rating is the programs idea of which position the player is best in. If say a player has a best rating of 75% for a DC, 70 for a DR and 60 for a DM he would be best as a DC, competent as a DR but only average as a DM >this is a bit like the colours in the players position screen.

Best potrenetial rating is the expected rating by position, if and when the player reaches his PA
