...in the editor. i always get a newgen england manager. i.e. the job is not available. how do i sort this??

You cant, theres threads on it in the main area people complaining.

you have 3 choices:
-Leave McClaren there
-Put whoever you want to have the job there
-Remove McClaren and put up with the re-gen

Rubbish isnt it. Doesnt work like that for clubs, I moved holloway to Leicester last night too and Plymouth appointed Mike Newell a week or so into the game.

Start a new game add a new user as England manager and then have him resign. That will leave the job vacant. I would think they would hire someone just like any other opening...or they might go with Venebles so sack all the assistants first I guess.

Or appoint whomever you like as the new boss. Nice thing about pre-game editors isn't it. How about Graham Taylor?

when i added a new manager to the game as england and then retired straight away the FA got Mourniho to be the england coach

I put Capello and Shearer in as manager and assistant respectively.

But the one time the regen appeared, I made a new user, made him England manager and then resigned. Guess who England made their manager a week later? Steve McClaren... Obviously the FA is useless!!

I made a new user the manager of England and then made him resign. Guess who the FA appointed? None other than the Special One. Then I added a new user as the manager of England and made him resign. They again hired Mourinho. The FA have made up their mind.

just wondered using the editor how do you remove national managers or add them as i tried looking in the club part and it doesnt find say england

1) Club contracts

2) Nation contracts - for international managers and coaches

3) Loan contracts

4) Future transfers
