Is there any way to make sure that your chairman will be willing to sell the club?
And if there is any way to make sure that the person who takes over the club is rich?

Well if you've already started a game it can be tough...

What id suggest is to make the chairman old...like 80 by using FMM, then id add your club to his list of dislikes, and then add his loyalty low etc etc....

This may help him leave the club/ willing to sell...

As for making sure someone rich takes over theres no way in doing this on a already started game...

You can use EDT for future board take over....

I guess you can use my suggested edited values in the offical editor and start a new game to...
