Mark, for some reason the board software continues to 'tell' me that the size of my avatar is too big and that it should be smaller than 12kb. My new avatar is however only a 8kb and 75x75 pixels GIF. I double checked a few times.

I also tried to re-upload the one I removed (the wreath) and that one isn't accepted either, although it's only 5kb (attached, in case you want to test).

Strange... can't attach the avatar, although GIF is allowed.

It returns with the message: "Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./files/christmas.gif."

It turns out that I can't add attach any file, not even a jpeg; "Upload Error: Could not upload Attachment to ./files/metal_pipes.jpg" (43.2kb)

Just tried to update my avatar and got the same thing! And my new one is less than 5KB in size.

Ok let me look into it guys. Might have something to do with my tinkering a couple days ago concerning upgrading the Forum.

Ok fellas all fixed.

Turns out PowWeb had updated their php to protect themselves against that latest php exploit bs going around. It required me to make some changes to my server files.

Oh by-the-by guys... avatars can now be 100x100px @ 12 max.
