hello guys.. i want to ask 2 things..
first of all i want to create a new league.. as far as i know i must replace an existing league.. thats ok so far.. but how can i arrange the starting point of the league? i mean which month it will start and how many games will be played?
i dont know if i can change that so i would appreciate an answer please

Those two things can't be changed. Unless you happen to be an amazing programmer/hacker then you can change the .exe file maybe.

But basically, it can't be done - you just have to find an exiting league that closely matches what you want and replace that.
