Hi,

i want to create the maltese league form the scratch. i dont want to replace it with any other league, just a totally new league!! can anyone help me!!

It can't be done. You can only do it by replacing an existing league with the Maltese teams.

i've seen it been done. someone had done it in fm2006. apparently u have to arrange the exe file or sumthing!

I guess that could be possible but only if you hack the .exe file with a hexadecimal editor and search through countless lines of hex code.

And im guessing any hex editing will be in violation of the EULA....

As for creating a new league, what most people do is use a redundent league that they wouldnt use, and edit it to there liking

That's really a moot point, as most EULA's are in violation of [enter a country here]'s national legislation. Besides, who really thinks about the EULA anyway when contemplating hacking a program's executive file? They just do it.

However the WIPO/EUCD/DMCA and Berne Convention isnt in violation of any national legislation.
