Firstly does the Media Comments editor work with FM2008 and secondly where do I find the file to load to edit the existing media comments?

On the subject of 'Media Comments' what effect if any does your selection to media questions prior to a game have. i.e. "I (Chelsea) have won 4 games on the trot end expect another win today". If it has no effect on the game as I suspect, I might just as well tick 'No Comment' on everything thus not effecting my players in any way

I think the only direct effects are on your players and the opposition players. I.e. your players sometimes get annoyed at you if you praise / criticise another manager and that can affect their performance in the match. Same goes for the opposition - if you lure their boss into saying something that his players don't like it can upset their performance in the next game.

It also affects how much the other manager likes/dislikes you. Sometimes a manager who dislikes you will stop you from buying his players (or will make you pay silly money).
