I've made a patch that replaces Poland and Malaysia with Egypt and Tunisia leagues. If anyone is interested I will upload it in the near future

Ok. I'll upload it later tonight just testing for problems..

There is a bug with "African Cup Winner's" competition history but there's nothing I can do about that. They have merged the Confederation Cup and the African Cup Winner history together and in the editor I am unable to create competitions.

Egyptian players will appear with POL next to their name on some screens.
Tunisian players will appear with MSL next to their name on some screens.

Egypt season starts in June
Tunisia season starts in December
