I'm hoping someone can propose something I may have forgotten.

The aim is to swap the Danish leagues with Belgian.

I've moved ALL clubs from the two nations to the desired leagues and set the Nationalities accordingly.
I've made sure that "Last Division", "Last Position" of the clubs as well as the competitions' history match.
The only thing I didn't do yet is remove the clubs' individual histories as that's a lot of work for something I suspect is cosmetic.

After many hours of editing, I started a game with it, created an unemployed manager and went on holiday. Last save dates to 01/11/06. When I press continue, the game crashes around 03/11/06. My suspicion is that this has something to do with the Royal League tournament which at the time of the save didn't have any fixtures set, but is due to start on 11/11/06..

The tournament takes the top 4 from last years' Swedish, Norwegian and Danish leagues.

I've made sure that nr. 1-4 in the Danish Premier Division (the old Belgian First Division) are set . Maybe Royal League tries to get the clubs from the current Belgian top division?

ok, I just spent the morning swapping all the english teams for any american team I could find with the swap button.

My question is, is there any thing else I should do that I havent thought of to make all the american teams playable and make sure that the cups and competitions will all work properly?

Ok, seems to be ok for now, although I did find a few teams that missed the original swap. I havent gotten very far in but nothing has bugged out yet.

Anyone tried using the slovenian league as swap, I'm getting crashes with the cup and an error when loading div 1 and 2 LEAGUE_STAGE::check_for_position_playoff()-invalid position.

Any ideas? also how do you fix teams having no fixtures?

I tried to swap Scotland into Germany, but the fixtures didn't appear in the teams fixture list.

Strangely enough they were in the league fixture list?

The fixture thing happens(usually, but not always) due to the country of the league and team being different.

I tried to download the file but the link appears to be incorrect (or I don't have a clue).

The last time I heard of this happening, it was due to having an incorrect number of teams assigned to the league.

I would recommend checking to make sure you haven't got one too many or one too few teams in a particular division in Australia.

If you have, correct that and you should be good to go.

I tryed to make ex yugoslavian league. Teams from slovenia, croatia, serbia, bosnia, montenegro and macedonia and I used several other leagues like romanian or portuguese. I dont have crashes but there is one problem. I changed league nations like in step 1 and changed club nations like in step 2 but i dont have any fixures and i cant play league games. But if I change nation from clubs (like red star is not from serbia but from portugal, and to the same with others) then i get fixures back but young players have poruguese nationality. How to oversome this, Im trying to make Adriatic league (ex yugoslav league) like for a months and I always get this problem. Any solutions??? please

The regens will always be the nation of the club's nation.

The only suggestion I have will take hours, possibly a few days of sitting and doing a repetitive task. It also may not work.

If you wanna hear it, just ask and I'll put a step-by step.
