Hi, I'm having a problem with using data editor
I'm trying to create the player, but after I create and save a new player, it does not show in the game. Should I use editor before playing a new game or after? did I save the editor in wrong way?
somebody help me out here~

i too have this problem.

I edit the database, then save it with a new name. when i try to start a new game im not given the option of choosing which database loads up. When the new game starts none of my changes have taken place

i dunno what im doing wrong as ive used the editor on older FM games with no probs.

any ideas?

1. Load up editor
2. File>load ( Load Db)
3. Create player
4. File>save db as...
5. Save as new db
6. Exit Editor
7. Load up FM2008
8. Click new
9. From the box that appears select your saved db
10. start game.

Having the same problem as the above two posts.
Saved as new database but no option to load.

i am having a similar problem, i used the editor, created a new club, city, people, etc.. but then when i go to start a new game it does give me the option of what db i want to use but then england is not a playable nation =S someboydy pls help as it is really frustrating me :@ lol

Uninstall then install, that worked for me.

i created a new club and added it to the MLS league but when i load my custom DB the option to choose MLS doesnt not appear, the other leagues are fine but it wont let me manage the MLS league. what am i doing wrong?
