Im using the built in editor, and I want to make Man City rich. I set the transfer budget to 150m, the wage budget 90m and bank balance 200m, and yet I get the transfer budget, but I only have 6m bank balance and 20m wage budget. What am I doing wrong?

dats cuz in the beginning of the game masks some of the attributes.

you're only solution is to get the jpee saved-game editor and edit your finances from there.
