I was playing a game with the Beta patch, then installed the 8.01. Since it messed up the finance I had to start a new game after a while that I played with 8.01. As for the shooting ratio problem I want to go back to Beta patch Can I continue the game which I started with the beta patch? Would the finance be fixed in my saved game if I go back to Beta patch again?

Don't think you can play a game that has been played with a later patch if you go back to an earlier.

Yea you will have to start over im afraid - its even best to do a clean install of fm if you want to use the beta patch.

The first beta patch was so small compared to the final one, that if you just try and overwrite it, a lot of things will be left unchanged, and it will take a season for the match engine to change too.

I have the latest beta patch the 27.5 mb. one. My problem is that I wasted my perfect game for nothing Like the last week or 2 never existed in my FM life :eek: Worked for nothing...
