ok. my spurs are very wealthy and the max i can offer to players is 170000 pounds.

but. my assistant manager's wage demand is 25000 a week. the board only will allow me to offer him up to 13000 a week. WTF? i'm 400k below the wage budget and they dont let me offer him a little more? he's pako ayesteran btw, world class.

I have the same problem as well, he asked for 20k a week, when the cap is 17.75k. He accepted the deal anyway.
Just wonder why the cap is so low while there're still good amount of wage budget left.
