i have minimal knowledge of how training goes irl i'm pretty sure that coaches have their teams play practice matches etc (malouda said it). this just isn't represented in game. etc. unless of course, it is a matter of interpretation.

and when i need to give my gk shooting training to up his composure etc, it seems disgusting to me. even if composure isn't necessary for a gk, it should be. let alone concentration needing defensive training...laughing out loud.

team practices just aren't included. unless of course, i use a general training regime. but again, my gk's would be out and about doing their gk training somewhere else, and still need shooting and defensive training to up their composure and concentration.

the older training module had a semblance of reality i think (i would like to tell my coaches that a "pig i the middle" session is needed). it had some quirks, and si simplified the entire module instead.

I prefer the slider system myself.

I used to let the assistant deal with training on FM05.
