Default my players keep losing their bottle.
For the last 3 seasons I've been top with 2 games to go, and lost both games to condemn me to the hell that is the Blue Square South Playoffs.

This season I was top with 2 games to go, as per usual, and I've lost my first match and I'm second, so I'm relying on Cambridge city to lose, same scenario as last season, but Cambridge lost so another team went through.

How can I stop my players losing it at the death?

I'm getting irritated by it!

they have low determination and no professional mentality

simply they are chickens try signing players with good personality and high determination

Lol they are indeed chickens, and I don't think they actually have any legs, but they've been doing well .

The players in my first 11 all have determination and work rate about 12 so I'm not sure it's that. as I speak I'm winning 1-0 in my last game and Cambridge are drawing, so if I can get 2 more goals and the Cambridge score stays the same then I'm up!

I DID IT!

I duly won 3-0 and Cambridge drew.

This is the first FM game I'm completely enthralled by .

*sigh* onto next season.

Im playing as Oxford in the BSP.... Started well.. cant win now.. out the FA Cup and FA Trophy against lower conference teams
