I know this should go in the graphics forum, but there is never enough people on their to reply and help you out.

I am going to change the background picture and im wondering what size the background picture has to be, and any other information I need to know.

I don't know, but i'd suggest finding the original background file that comes with the game on the hard disk of your computer, and just copying the dimensions of that.

I believe it resizes the image to "fit to screen" much like if you were choosing a background picture for your desktop.
