Default Signing a player problem
Basically, been trying to sign 19 year old regen in my game who is from the Ivory Coast and isn't signed to any club.

It won't let me sign him though. I can scout the player and add him to my shortlist but can't offer him a contract. Anyone know what's up?

is he retiring? or has already accepted a contract but outside the free tramsfer window?
