Is it just me, or are the bonuses paid out to players in the game too high? I'm talking about the end of season league and cup bonuses by the way.
In my first season I paid out something like £250K to my players for winning the BSS. The following season the normal option was something like £500K for winning the Conference. I'm sorry, but that seems way too much. I certainly won't get that much for winning the league, and in fact will probably end up in the red because of a payout like that.
As it happens, I went for the option of low bonus, which left half of my team unhappy. Given that they are on part time contracts, for maybe £250 a week a bonus pool of £500,000 for winning the league is just silly.

to me, it sounds like your players are putting the effort in, but arent getting any results

Agreed here, the bonuses do seem a little large. Its a good idea because a few players get "inspired by the collective bonus prospect" but when you end up paying them more than the club earnt for finishing wherever in the league just doesn't add up..
Would like to see more of a choice, maybe 20% earned or whatever. Would make it more reasonable I'd imagine.

definitely frustrating if you get in the red because of season bonuses
I found it amusing when the prize money is 1.5M and you have to pay 1.3M for cup win. Same thing for league, 11.5M? and you need to pay out 7.75M for bonus alone.
Prize money used to help pulling balance back on track (in case of poor/debtful club), now it's not...
I just wish my reserves would stop getting the say payout as my first team for winning the regional league on my Bayern game. I mean, good for them for winning and all, but should they get the same 8 million as my first teamers winning the Bundesliga? Probably not
The bonuses shouldn't just reflect the prize money you earn but also all the gate money etc you have earned throughout the year, which will be more if you have done well.
