Default Question on facilities upgrades?
When I requested a stadium upgrade, training facilities upgrade and youth upgrade they were all approved in September by the way but now in November and the building still hasn't started so when will they or were my board lying to me?

Those are usually done during summer time. Wait until next summer.

So is it fixed from older verisons if you request them they are done while the season is over not wait untill the season starts?

Yeah they're done when the season is over and the facilities aren't being used.
