Hey Im new to the FM series so sorry for the noob questions.

How do you become an international manager?
Is the Irish (Eircom) League in the game?
How easy is it to get started?

You can apply for any vacant jobs or wait till a job is offered

Dont know about the Irish Leagues but if you load the game you can find out quickly enough

The Eircom league is in and you can even decide if you want to start in 05 or 06. It also has the Setanta Cup.
