How do you get invited ? Ive won just about every tournament ive entered.. Is there a specific group of teams?

Its a certain type of tournament you need too win for the achievement , I keep reading too win Euro 2008 but I did and it didnt unlock it...

It's the International European Tournament, Make sure you are in control of your nation before the tournament kicks off that would explain why didn't get the achievement, i know plenty of people that have gone on holiday for a couple of years and then come back and taken over the nations in the final.

Answer as usual don't cheat.
