I used to think that the captian of the team was very important as when mine went off or was injured my team played worse. I then however acquired some players who, stats wise, would make good captains and have found little to no difference as to who captains.

Has anyone else found this - does it make no difference keeping the same person as captain?

Having the same captain or more than one doesnt have all that much impact, as long as they have the neccessary good attributes to be the captain. I have 2 or 3 and that means that I dont alwayds have to play them but can rotate.
