I have a custom training schedule for every position eg. a seperate schedule for attackers, defenders, goalkeepers, midfielders.
I have all my strikers and forwards training in the attackers training schedule but im not sure what i should set each of the attribute bars at.
currently these are the stats that my attackers schedule is set at:
Strength - Medium
Aerobic - Light
Goalkeeping - none
Tactics - medium
ball control - medium
defending - none
Attacking - high
shooting - high
set pieces - none
workload - medium
If any of these need to be altered could you suggest a better alternative option
This may be related to your post on injuries. I tend not to put anything above medium otherwise I find I get lots of injuries, especially true for keepers.
lol with getting your player attributes to improve at all. i want a training schedule which improves my players and only having a low to medium workload dont improve them much if at all
The training schedules are important but not as important as the quality of coaches you have. Check out the number of stars out of 5 in each of the training areas and try and get them to at least 4 and you will see an improvment. Try not to have your schedules on intense for very long as this leads to injuries.
