Is it possible (perhaps through the xbox live facility) for a player photo patch to be put on? Similar to the capability of people with the PC version.
I do understand that this is not an official thing, but created by fans - for fans.

patches through xbox live have to be authorised by microsoft.. so unless someone figures out how to create some form of update cd/dvd then no

No, this sort of stuff isn't possible. We can only provide photos of players we have a license for.
