The PC version of FM 2007 allows you to set your managers reputation to continental so you can get biiger jobs at the start of the game.

Now I have looked in the set up menu for the Xbox 360 version of FM 2007 and can't find this option, yet I have been told it should be on the game somewhere because it is basically the same game as the PC Version.

So where is the option that lets you set your managers reputation on the Xbox version?
