OK guys going to start as Aldershot on the 360 version. Squad doesn't look to shabby starting off, only 30k transfer budget. Identified the need for a right back, a winger (who can play on either side), and perhaps a goal machine striker.
Just wondering whether anyone could give me any pointers.
Also tactically I was thinking of going 4-4-2,
with the two wide players (Soares / Williams) pushing up. Playing a relatively direct game.
Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this?

Matty, yes I am. Great result last nite, looking forward to the Blackpool cup trip.
I got promoted via play offs in first year. Signed Tim Sills and Brett Johnson back. Sills and John Grant is a good strike force. Also managed to bring back Jon Challinor on loan for the season (2nd div), to add competition to wide players Soares and Williams.
Yeah, the first thing I did was put all the decent ex Aldershot players on my shortlist to keep an eye on them!
You're right about needing a new Right-Back and wide midfielder, am scouting around at the moment.
Were you at the game last night, I was there but without enough layers of clothing so I was freezing my balls off! looking forward to Blackpool, although I suspect it will be even colder . . .
