Some idea of how long we could expect it to take would be nice. I've spent £40 on something that is so broken as to be next to useless, but because the fault is with the software rather than the DVD itself, I'm going to struggle to get my money back.
Would be nice to know that SI are actually putting some effort into fixing it - and how long it might take - instead of some old flannel about saving every two minutes.

What am I supposed to do while I wait for them to pull their finger out and fix their broken product?
Usually I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to games - if it crashes every now and then I don't get straight onto the web to bleat about it. But this is totally different - this is a fundamentally f-ked game that I've paid good money for. Am I supposed to just write off the £40 for the next couple of months?
