Default Help with the training

I am torn between two ideas.

Should I make a training scedule up for every position which would mean DM train with CB and WB.

Or should I just make one training scedule up for them all to train together (GK not induced)

I'm worried that if I make seperate training scedules, the coaches won't have the time to work with everyone and it may affect proformances because the team are not training together (DM with AM and ST etc)

Anybody got any ideas?

I don't usually bother that much with training to be honest, but right now I'm using Cleon's schedules which are keepers, defenders, midfielers and attackers, just like the old days of Champ.
