Default Photoshop Elements 3

I have not seen this yet but read a review. I was amazed how much Adobe put into this this third generation software. This is getting to be a real powerful program for beginners as well as intermediate. A few new things that were only found in PS like the healing brush are now in Elements. They even have a new tool we don't have and that's an option the reduces noise. Very cool. Have anyone played with this yet?

I've looked at it briefly at a friends and, in my estimation, it is the best price point for software of any program in the world. It is simply astounding! I advise people to purchase it first if there is any hesitation about the price of Photoshop. Heck, I might buy a copy for my new PC!

I've been meaning to write up a critique on Elements 3. along with the legit cheats, or tricks, if you prefer, but have just had some recording obligations hit me, so I'm taking care of business first.

In a word, this is a terrific bit of software, so close to PS, that I'll definitely recommend it to anyone wandereing towards PS, but with a little fiscal dificulty. For a buck-fifty you're three quarters into PS, and with a few tricks, you're even further down the line.

Thanks Lee for bringing this up, as I know a lot of folks want to get their feet wet in PS but are a little intimidated with the outlay.

I've got my notes, just have to put it together. A day or three, fer shur.
